Lena Is Coming to InfoComm 2025: NetSpeek Updates and What’s Next

As we prepare for InfoComm 2025, we’re excited to share what’s been happening behind the scenes at NetSpeek. Our development teams have been hard at work bringing Lena, our Language Enabled Network Administrator, to life, and we can’t wait to show you what she can do live in Orlando, June 11–13.

Beta Program in Full Swing

We’ve officially launched our beta program with an incredible group of customers, including a healthy mix of enterprise organizations, smaller companies, managed service providers (MSPs), and end users. One common thread among them: a serious focus on data and AI security. Partnering with our beta customers ensures Lena will not only be powerful but fundamentally secure.

General Availability Coming Q3 2025

Following a successful beta, we’re thrilled to announce that Lena will be Generally Available in Q3 of 2025. This release will mark a major step forward in AI driven support for Pro AV and UC operations.

Growing Partner Ecosystem

One of the biggest leaps for Lena heading into InfoComm is the ecosystem of partnerships we’re building that we are calling Fleet Partners. We’re proud to announce integrations with Aurora, Barco, BrightSign, Neat, Poly, Samsung, Sennheiser, and Skykit with more on the way. Lena is already learning from and supporting devices across this ecosystem through intelligent Agents that provide deep integration, product knowledge, and automated support capabilities.
