Role Overview
As a Solutions Consultant at NetSpeek, you’ll be a key link between our innovative technology and the customers who rely on it. In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with prospective clients to design and demonstrate cutting-edge solutions during the pre-sales phase, and also support existing customers with technical expertise and strategic guidance after they’re on board.
This position is perfect for a tech-savvy self-starter who thrives on variety—one day you may be developing a complex proof of concept to woo an enterprise prospect; the next, you’ll be helping a new customer integrate Lena’s AI workflows into their unique environment. Your success will be measured by how effectively you bridge the gap between technical capabilities and real-world needs, ensuring both new and existing customers unlock the platform’s full potential.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Discovery and Demos
Partner with GTM lead to uncover client challenges and craft compelling demos of Lena’s AI functionalities.
Create succinct, high-impact presentations that showcase business value and ROI.
Assist with RFPs/RFIs and lead technical deep-dives for top-tier enterprise prospects.
Solution Design and Architecture
Work alongside Engineering and Product teams to tailor AI-based device orchestration and monitoring solutions.
Produce technical proposals and architecture diagrams that address security, network constraints, and scale.
Advocate for best practices in generative AI usage, ensuring robust privacy and compliance.
Customer Onboarding and Integration
Drive onboarding workshops, setting customers up for immediate success.
Configure integration points with third-party systems (e.g., device managers, UC platforms) and refine AI alerts.
Offer hands-on technical assistance, ensuring a smooth and rapid time-to-value.
Post-Sales Customer Success
Serve as a trusted advisor, suggesting ongoing optimizations and expansion paths (e.g., advanced analytics).
Troubleshoot escalated issues in partnership with Support/Engineering, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling opportunities by demonstrating how additional modules or new features can solve evolving customer pain points.
Technical Enablement and Feedback Loop
Become an in-house subject matter expert on NetSpeek’s AI platform, providing internal demos and knowledge transfer.
Gather feedback from deployments and share insights with Product/Engineering to shape the roadmap
Contribute to building a vibrant library of use cases, reference architectures, and best-practice guides.

Qualifications
Professional Experience: 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, or equivalent), ideally within a SaaS and/or Collaboration / AV industry setting. Experience in the AV & Collaboration industry is a plus.
Technical Know-How: Solid grasp of cloud-based applications, AI/ML fundamentals, collaboration technology, or enterprise infrastructure. Hands-on familiarity with device management or UC technology is a plus.
Customer Empathy: Skilled at listening to client needs and translating them into real technical solutions. You excel at balancing what’s feasible with what drives meaningful business value.
Effective Communicator: Comfortable presenting to both executive-level stakeholders and technical teams. You can tailor your message to diverse audiences.
Startup Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced environments, take ownership of problems, and readily adapt to evolving priorities.
Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, or related) is helpful but not required if you have strong relevant experience.
